Welcome to the RNC2008 Page
Welcome to our RNC2008 page!
We have a lot to do and very little time. Right now we are trying to reach out to different groups involved in the RNC events. We are also trying to draw together helpful resources that all these groups can refer to. If you think we are missing anything on this wiki let us know or feel free to add the information yourself.
To Do
- Set up a Txtmob account. We used this at RNC04 to much benefit. All street librarians were subscribed to a txtmob group and home support could monitor local media and quickly txt message all street librarians. Very handy indeed! (Txtmob doesn't appear to be working)
- Sign up for Twitter feeds
- Make a reference binder for on the street and distributing it to various activist locations
- Make info signs and patches to identify ourselves (Wanda and Lacey)
- Link radical reference resources to this site
- Blog experiences on Radical Reference (like the excellent post on the raids)
- What else?
