What to expect

From Radical Reference Wiki

The Radical Reference ACRL Preconference Unconference is inspired by the principles of unconferences and will try to adhere as much as possible to the principles of the open spaces approach to meetings. Attendees should expect that the day's events will offer:

• Knowledge sharing
• An informal and relaxed atmosphere

We hope to also provide

• Free wifi
• Low cost food

There may or may not be

• Computer/projector set up

The following schedule is tentative. In fact, we just made it up as a placeholder, so don't get attached!

Plan the day (10am - 10:30am)

First session (10:30am - 11:15am)

Second session (11:15am - 12pm)

Lunch and casual discussions (12pm - 12:45pm)

Third session (12:45pm - 1:30pm)

Wrap-up (1:30pm - 2:30pm)

After it's over

Each discussion session in the program will be given a final page in the wiki and may feature:

• Notes taken by any attendees
• Links to blog posts, flickr photos, etc.
